Welcome to Digital Love. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Purchases & payments

All purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and charged in that currency. Local taxes may apply where required by law.

3. No refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable once the purchase has been completed. This applies to single designs, design bundles, lifetime access, and custom domain setup fees. Because our products are delivered immediately as digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, partial refunds, or credit, regardless of whether the purchased product has been used. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate in good faith, but completed purchases will not be reversed except where required by applicable consumer law.

4. Content

You retain rights to any content you upload. By uploading you grant us a limited licence to store and display it as part of your gift page.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal, harmful, or copyright-infringing content. We reserve the right to remove gifts that violate these terms.

6. Custom domains

When you purchase a custom domain through Digital Love, we register and manage that domain on your behalf for the registration period purchased. Renewals are charged annually at the prevailing rate and can be cancelled before any upcoming renewal from your dashboard.

7. Liability

Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Digital Love after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
